The Ray Stevens Fitness Club offers the following lifestyle and wellbeing classes:

 

Zumba Fitness

Zumba mixes body sculpting movements with a variety of latin dance steps. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is an eightfold path which is primarily concerned with the physical body and the breath. However, the practice can be far reaching and bring general fitness throughout a person's whole being, touching also on the mind and the emotions.

We do not currently offer classes in tai chi or pilates, but if you are interested in either of these activities, please contact us.
